If you're an existing client, this is probably the most important page of our web site.

If you've suffered any kind of insured loss, you can either download a claims form or complete a form online. Both are available from the links on the left

And you can be sure that, as soon as we've received notice of your claim, we'll act swiftly and efficiently to get your claim settled as quickly as possible, with the minimum of fuss.

If your house is flooded or your garage catches fire, if you – or one of your family – are hurt in a holiday accident, if you're burgled and lose precious possessions, or if a tree falls onto your car, the last thing you want is to be left holding the phone hoping someone will answer it, or find yourself pacing the room because nothing seems to be happening with your claim.
